Meet Cliff Rice
Cliff Rice is a business leader, trainer, and mentor with experience as a construction company CEO and in operations, human resources, municipal purchasing, information technology, labor, and fabrication. He has hired, developed, and led teams while managing the everyday demands of running a business.
That experience shapes the sessions: practical conversations about how employers make decisions, how people build trust at work, and what it takes to turn responsibility into opportunity.
Our approach
We use discussion, practice, and direct feedback. Participants learn how to speak with employers and supervisors, prepare for interviews, take responsibility, and communicate clearly. The aim is useful progress they can apply in a real workplace.
